Built for the table

Keep the game social. Keep the books exact.

The host records the night. Everyone else can simply look. PokerBook keeps a live record without turning the game into a spreadsheet exercise.

01 / LIVE

Record as you play

Buy-ins, rebuys, cash-outs, dealer tips, food and table expenses update live across the club.

02 / CHECK

Reconcile before closing

Total buy-ins must equal cash-outs plus money that came out of the pot. If they do not, PokerBook shows the difference before settlement.

03 / AUDIT

Never quietly rewrite history

Every entry records who added it and when. Corrections preserve the original figure in an append-only audit trail.

04 / SETTLE

Fewer payments

Friendly games can settle with the shortest payment list. Clubs can keep all settlement directly with the host.

05 / PLAYERS

Walk-ins welcome

Add a player by name with no account. They can claim that record later without losing their history or balance.

06 / RECORD

A record that carries

Keep balances and long-term player statistics across nights, including result, win rate, streaks, average, hourly rate and ROI.

Trust the book

Built around accounting, not payments.

Zero-sum by design.

PokerBook checks the night’s arithmetic before settlement and records a shortfall rather than hiding one.

No money moves through PokerBook.

PokerBook never accepts, holds, transfers or processes player funds. It records figures entered by people at the table. Players settle each other outside the app using whatever method they already use.

One night, four steps

From first buy-in to a settled book.

Start

Open a night and add the table, including walk-in players with no account.

Record

Log buy-ins, cash-outs and itemised table expenses while the game runs.

Check

PokerBook compares every dollar in with every dollar out and shows any mismatch.

Settle

Generate the payment plan, mark payments as they happen and carry any remaining balance forward.

The player record

More than tonight’s result.

Club game details, including Misc, expire 7 days after the game ends and are automatically deleted. Running balances, all-time statistics and tip earnings remain. Tournaments with unpaid payouts are kept for up to 90 days after they end.

Two ways to host

A plan for your table.

Players join free. Hosting requires a subscription; current prices and trial terms appear before purchase.

Friendly

Shared books for friends. Record the night, split shared food expenses, and see who pays whom.

Club

Keep your club’s books in one place. Manage collections and payouts through the host, carry player and staff balances between nights, and record out-of-pot expenses, dealer and waitstaff tips, and miscellaneous costs (Misc). Hosts and co-hosts manage the records; players see their own balances.

Privacy by restraint

Keep only what the book needs.

PokerBook is designed without ad-tech or behavioral tracking. The app records the information needed to run and preserve a private game ledger.
