In the app
Open PokerBook and go to Settings → Delete account. If you own more than one club, close or transfer the other clubs first, then continue from your final owned club. During deletion, you can hand that club to another active member who has an account, or choose to close it. Before handing it over, resolve any ongoing or scheduled games and outstanding tournament payments.
Without the app
Email support@kestreltechnologies.xyz with the subject “PokerBook account deletion”. Tell us whether you sign in with Apple or Google, and the club and name we can find you under. Never send a password, a sign-in code or card details. We will confirm the account is yours before we delete it.
What deletion removes, and what stays
Your login, profile and avatar, push tokens, personal referral code and referral history, and private nicknames hosts gave you are deleted. You lose access to your clubs. Your name on entries in other people’s games becomes “Former member”; the amounts remain so their books still balance. Game details follow the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not settle a balance in either direction, and it does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in your App Store or Google Play account. Closing a club deletes its records for every member.
